Hi Michael,
 
What about using Notepad?  Nothing much simpler than that, and if all you
want is a list of names with address and phone numbers, a text file does
fine.  No worries about accessibility, learning the product, moving it to
other platforms, etc.

Hi guys,

 

I have a client who wish a simple stand alone, accessible address book.

 

In the past someone mentione something similar but I cannot remember what
was its name.

 

This client do not wish to use the ms-outlook address book because it is too
complicated for his needs.

 

If it is portable edition it is much better.
