Hi Steve. As far as antivirus goes, both machines i have run Microsoft
Security essentials, definitions are up-to-date.
I haven't tried the idea of creating a new user profile, but will have
to give it a try and see what happens. Like I say, the one i'm using to
write this message works perfectly, but the other machine is acting odd
indeed. will let you know what happens.

Chris,
What antivirus are you running? Do you continue to see the problem
with apps disabled? Finally, does the problem continue if you create a
brand new user profile? You can do this by opening the Run dialog with
Windows-R, typing "thunderbird -P," and pressing Enter.
Regards,
Steve

Hi folks
I've got an interesting one for you here. On my pc, window-eyes reads
everything it should in thunderbird just fine. However on another pc
i've got running here, all of a sudden for no reason i can
understand, window-eyes simply will not read thel list of messages in
the inbox. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, making sure
the tb-enhanced script is up-to-date, I've made every atempt to fix
it but i've run out of ideas. The list of messages in the inbox reads
just fine with other screenreaders, but not with window-eyes and I'm
stumped as to why. Does anyone know why this might be happening, and
how to fix this rather annoying issue?
Thanks!
