Sorry, Keith. I forgot that numbers are not allowed in the original edit
box, only alphabet characters and the apostrophe. You'll have to live with
hearing MP3s.

Subject: Making changes in exceptions dictionary in 7.5.4.1

Hi, I messaged ealier on how to make the changes I make in the exceptions
dictionary stick to all applications, and I followed the directions about
updating the list and then saving my changes, insuring that the dictionary
is the excpt.dic choice.

Well, it doesn't make a difference. The changes aren't sticking. Only the
ones I made before upgrading to 7.5 work. For example. My wife's cousin's
name is Andrea (but she pronounces it as if it is spelled ON dree ah). I
made the changes to the exceptions dictionary while I still had 7.2
installed, and then installed 7. ontop of 7.2. Now I'm up to 7.5.4.1 and
the andrea change sticks, but when I try to change the pronunceation of the
"word" mp3s, to empeethreez spelled phoenetically, and save the changes, it
does not stick. So, what am I to do?
