Hey Bob,
The Speak all toggle is Insert-A on a standard keyboard and CapsLock-A
in the laptop layout.
It's used to toggle on and off the speaking of everything sent to your
display. It's not used very often these days, and it could be confusing
if you toggle it on. You'll get more information than you're used to.
