Good morning. Your mouse reading keys are your friends here. I'm running the beta 2 for version 5 now. The combo boxes are just below the menu on the screen. The first line you'll find is the burner. I do have 2 of them on this machine so the arrows change the choice in the combo box. The mouse reads the selection. The next line is the speed. If you're on choice 1 of 5 you're using maximum. Burnaware is a very nice program that really does work well with WE except for the issue you mentioned. Good luck. In version 5 of BA there is one change in the installer that is important to know. You must choose the custom installation or you will install the AVG toolbar and change your default search engine to AVG. Good luck.

What I discovered with window eyes is that it doesn’t seem to read what’s in the boxes when you choose things like your cd drive and other things when you are setting up to burn a cd. It just says things like “1 of 2”, or “1 of 5”. If you move down, it just changes the number you are on, but it doesn’t tell you what the choices are. If I use the read current line command, it says the same thing. If I read the screen, it says more, but it still doesn’t tell me everything and allow me to know what is going on and make propper choices. Is there anybody who uses burnaware with window eyes who can help me with this? Pam. If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
