Hi Don: I have created a few Gmail accounts in the past and,as I remember, I had to turn Browse mode on and off in order to read what was going on and fill out the form. I think that in order to enter the date of birth you may have to turn BrowseMode on, then find the combo box for the month and press Enter to turn BrowseMode off and then select the month, day and year.
