Qwitter still works, I use it.  There is also the Qube and Twitmonger,
which are Qwitter offshoots.  Also, there is a web interface,
www.easychirp.org which is designed to be accessible.

I use Twitter with my Mac and IOS devices and I use a Twitter client on
them, surely there's an accessible Twitter client available for Windows
which will work with WE?

I know that it used to be Qwitter but that's not being developed any
longer.
