Hi Peter,

I think GW support (on the phone) is your best bet, as it's not clear what
problem you're having.

However, I should mention there are several outlook related tutorials on the
GW web site at:
http://www.gwmicro.com/Training/Tutorials/#hdidt

including one on how to use outlook's calendar. you can listen to it there
using their own player, or, there's a link for downloading the .mp4 file.
It's unfortunate though, but I think the link for downloading the audio
isn't at all clearly setup; if you click it (as most people will do) to get
a download, you won't get the download. You have to right click this link
and choose to "save target as" from the context menu in order to be able to
download the .mp4 filel clicking the download link just starts it playing
using Windows Media Player on your pc.

There are likely helpful articles in the GW support page knowledgebase on
use of Outlook as well.

I also think Access Technology Institute sells an e-book with audio
tutorials on how to use Outlook 2010 with Window Eyes.

GW had partnered with some other company to create similar e-books, and I
know they had one ready for use of Word 2010, but I don't know if the one
for Outlook 2010 is ready, and it's very hard to locate this info on the GW
site (at least last time I looked). I can't remember the company's name, as
it wasn't one which stuck with me, but I'm sure GW support can provide the
missing info. I suspect buying either of these books will be a good
investment for your future, as almost every employer uses MS Office and
Outlook.

hth,

Chip
