Matt,

The short answer is to set the revisions view to "final" for this document.
If you don't know what this is, or this is happening to all your documents,
then the answer is long, and I'd recommend one of the e-books on using Word
2010 (close enough) with WindowEyes (one from Access Technology Institute,
and one from a company GW has partnered with to produce such training books,
but I can't find the info on the GW web site, so you'll need to call GW).
