When I type a message in Outlook Express, this will sometimes happen. If I forget what I was typing and arrow up to read, part of that line will end up below the end of the message, when I'm done. Very annoying. If I use the mouse to do the same, this doesn't happen, but sometimes I forget or accidentally hit the arrow key. Any fix?
