I’m pretty sure it would be safe to uninstall it, but why not Google that title and see what you can learn? I bet you can find out what it does this way, or of course call Lenovo support. Lenovo (and IBM) likes to include programs like this, which usually allow you to change drive mappings, selected printer, selected wifi network, and so on based on your location (that would be my guess as to what this does). How do yu like the Thinkpad E530? Is it one of the laptops with a built-in numeric pad?
