If you're using IE8, make sure the window is maximized. Move the mouse pointer to the top edge of the window and come down. Use control-shift-b to make sure the mouse pointer is set to active window. If you're using IE9 there is no mouse support available at this time. I hope they find a way around that soon, but for now Firefox is your solution with the instructions in this article:
