If you only get a top and bottom, turn off browse mode with ctrl-shift-a,
then wait a few seconds to make sure the page has fully loaded, then turn on
browse mode with the same command, it's a toggle. I often have this issue
when clicking on links to newspaper article which are show in emails.

Subject: Getting it in focus
Hi all,
I received an email that says that I can take a survey. When I enter on
the
link provided I only hear either top or bottom. When I received a similar
email yesterday, my daughter used the mouse and was able to open the
email.
Next time I went to the same email that she opened, I was able to access
the
page. So, how can I get what ever "it" is, in this link in focus so I can
open it and take the survey? Thanks for your help.
Paulette
