As you FB veterans know, Facebook recommends that screen reader users use the mobile site for accessibility. Fine and good. I made the mistake of adding 30 friends and was deluged with about 500 FB notifications via email. I need to remove several friends from the close friends list, and Facebook Mobile help is no help at all. The problem is compounded by Window-Eyes going to the top of the page every time it refreshes, forcing me to find my way back to whatever has changed on the page.
