If you buy the books in electronic format from a distributer like O'Reilly, 
then they'll be in EPUB format which apple devices can read.

Hi, has anyone found a good way to read those pesky microsoft .lit files? I got 
a huge batch of books and they are in that format and ms reader isn't really 
accessible, unless I'm missing something. any thoughts?
