install the wlm app
it uses different set files now.
windowslivemail.set
you have to associate this to both the main mail box list then while a
message is opened.
this set file is installed with the app.
also this app does not use the graphics dictionary. it uses a file called
windowslivemail.html and if you want to make changes to the graphics you
have to load it into notepad to modify it.

if mouse passes over the graphic does it speak. What can I do to get it to
