This is a Windows 7 bug. You must turn on Narrator with Windows U before
starting the installation. I had sighted assistance when this happened to
me, so I haven't tried it for my self. However, when I asked GW aboutit,
that's what they told me.

Just got a new windows 7 64 bit pc.
I loose speech during the window-eyes install and the message
"getsapi.exe has stopped working.
Tryed the install with and without speech.
