Shannon,
The display presented by Go To Meeting and similar programs is a graphic, that
is, there are no controls or text on the screen that a screen reader like
Window-Eyes can detect. I'm not sure how a screen reader with built-in OCR
would work with these programs. If you are able to get the audio, that's about
the best you can expect.

I just had one of these Webinars this morning and I could not find that text
box at all. Not with the mouse or the tab key.
I know that when it is just a meeting there is another window that will show
up to allow sharing of the screen keyboard and mouse that I can't find either.
I did keep hearing something about a pull handle and I believe that is the part
that some people can move off the screen to be able to see the presenters
screen more fully.

What is this exactly? Is this the Java stuff I hear about or is this
something else entirely?
I wouldn't know how to explain to their support team the problem. What could
they do with "I can't use your product." I can't even explain what I don't know.

    Hi Shannon and all,

Like you, I have tried to use this program without success. That was a
couple of years ago, and I had hoped that they had improved it since then. Has
anyone contacted them about these accessibility issues? This seems to be one of
the most popular programs used for this sort of thing, so having it made
accessible would really be beneficial.

      Good morning,

Has anyone on the list had any success with the interface of Go to
meeting?
Every now and again the accounting program we use has training Webinars
useing go to meeting.
The Webinar is pretty easy to join with the link provided but there is a
screen that will pop up that you have to use the mouse to click on to allow the
connection. that will not speek. I can't seam to give this window any focus. It
takes eyes to click the Yes button. then you can hear the audio of the
presenter but if you have questions you are supposed to type them into a chat
like box that is not findable with the tab key.

Has any one used this with any success?Any tips or tricks?

I am useing xp pro we 7.5.4 and IE 8

      Thanks
      Shannon
