Subject: Unable to read a PDF Document

Hi. I have purchased a Pioneer Receiver and an Lg Lcd Tv, both of which
come with the manuals on cd in pdf format.

When I insert the Pioneer receiver cd manual into drive d and focus the
desktop to open the cd, I get a warning message alerting me about accepting
active content on the computer and I choose the yes button. Next, a page
loads with the manual in various languages such as English, French, etc. I
click on the link that says English. Adobe reader 10.x.3 or whatever the
latest version is announces that the document preparation is in progress.
The dialog with the various buttons such as infer reading order as well as
the start button opens. I press the start button and Window-eyes 7.5.41
announces the progress as the document loads. When the document finishes
loading, I press ctrl-shift-r to read the document and nothing happens. If
I press ctrl-home nothing happens. If I press the up-arrow I hear a ding.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit, all Windows and Adobe updates
are current, and I am using Eloquence. I hope someone can help.

Mike M.
