Hello everyone.

Help with my problem would be appreciated, and if replies come off list -
that's o.k. as well.

Outlook 2010 has over the last couple of weeks behaved as if it will not retain
my password for logging into the provider's pop3 server. All used to work as
it should.

Presuming that the fault is with Outlook, I have deleted my profile, created a
new data file and spent hours going round in circles. Had four unhelpful
conversations with the ISP.

Window-eyes appears to correctly check the save password item, but Outlook
still prompts for the password.

It seems as if different windows come up requiring the new password, often
after the retrieving process has begun.

Is Window-eyes missing important information? Is this a known Outlook bug or
is my problem related to something else entirely?

Windows Seven Professional, Window-eyes v7.5.4.1 and Outlook 2010.

Thanks.

Vaughan.
