reg cleaners and repair

I am haveing some problems with my pc, I downloaded a cleaning and repair 
tool called paratalogic and ran the scan, it says I have some registrey 
problems but to fix them I must buy the program. Is there another program 
that works better with windowseyes? I don't want to buy this if there is 
something better out there.
