Do a Google search for File Zilla its a freeware program.
If you are willing to pay, FTP Explorer or FTP voyager are also good
choices. Price varies for these programs and they will be very screen
reader friendly.
There are trials of the paid programs. Again, do a Google search and
you should be able to finds them.
