Hi Mike,
Although this won't help with your current problem, there is a way of
safeguarding against a future situation like the one you describe.
I have an external sound card through which the WE speech is run leaving
the MBoard sound to run through another set of speakers to play music,
sounds etc. If one system becomes muted for some reason, I find it is
usually possible to fix the problem through the other speakers. This is
where the voice rotor app is really great for starting another syn.
Currently, Eloquence runs through the external card while the Sapi voice
will run through the on board sound.

zero. Does anyone no an easy way to turn it back up again with out
speech being audible? I am using WE 7.5.4.1.
With thanks
Mike.
