Hi! I use GW Connect, ie 9 and WE but my mind is apparently not functioning. I've tried to reset my password as instructed and did this: Hit enter on Forgot your password, got to internet explorer and put in skype name. I put in my email address as requested and got the password token via my own inbox. I could not find a link to click on, so I pressed alt-0 which took me to skype's website. I followed the prompts and after choosing my skype name I put in a new password. I repeated that password and then...I lost the prompt that says, "Change my password and sign me in." WE kept jumping up to the address bar, favorites, etc. What's wrong? Pleading guilty as charged!
