Have you tried the key combo alt-ctrl-home to bring it up? alt-ctrl-end puts
it in the system tray.

Subject: New gw connect, something is wrong
Hey guys,
I don't know what happened but in installed the new gw connect, and can't
get it to work. It connects, however when I go in to access it via the
system tray, something very strange happens. Here is what I do in order.
1 hit insert S in windows 7
2. arrow down to gw connect.
3 press tab twice, until it says single right click button
4, then it says context menu. I arrow up and down and it says nothing.
I've rebooted 8 times and the same thing is happening? Finally I went in
to
the processes tab and shut it down. The process name is weird it says
cwconnect1.exe.
Any ideas, is it a bug in the program? I guess it doesn't like to be
accessed via the system tray. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Jed
