You might want to give APH a call on Monday and see what they may say to you.
Good luck and I'm sorry I don't know much more info as I don't use a Braille display. ----- Original Message ----- From: The Smiths To: 'Duyahn Walker' ; [email protected] Sent: Friday, September 21, 2012 5:23 PM Subject: RE: Window Eyes commands No other issues. It works with Jaws running. For some reason it just isn't working with the Braille display. I use Money Talks from APH myself and I have no issues with the program what so ever. Are there other issues your having besides the one you mentinoed with Money Talks and Window Eyes? ----- Original Message ----- From: The Smiths To: [email protected] Sent: Friday, September 21, 2012 4:46 PM Subject: Window Eyes commands Hi I am trying out a demo of Window Eyes. A couple of questions if I may please: 1. The setting for announcing blank lines is turned off but when I do a down arrow or read to end it still says blank. How do I fix this? 2. I am trying to use window eyes with a programme called Money Talks. If anyone is using this are you experiencing the following: when I up and down arrow through my list of transactions, window eyes speaks the information correctly but the Braille display doesn't show the information. It just remains on the status line at the bottom of the page. I am using the Humanware Brialliant BI40. I normally use Jaws 13 in the same programme with the same Braille display and I don't have this problem. 3. Space with M which is meant to bring up the Menu does not seem to be working for me in any programme. This again is using the Brailliant BI40, it just dings at me. Space with M is listed in the documentation as being the correct command. With Jaws it is working for me. Regards Janine If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
