Melissa,

As Vic says, make sure the table gridlines and its borders are disabled if
you'd like it to look like columns.

I do think it looks better if you put column titles in their own first row,
and then set this row as a "header" row, so that it will automatically
appear at the top of the columns on page 2.

If you want the start of each "pro" to align with the start of each "con"
(assuming you can have items which can go over more than one line), then you
may want to put each pro/con pair in its own row.  If items can go over
multiple lines, then I think this would look best.
