Subject: MS Word and track changes

How can I work with track changes in MS Word? I wrote an article, and someone edited it turning on track changes so I could see the changes. I'm hearing some things where it appears that I should make changes, but it isn't clear exactly what the original was and what the change needs to be. I'm using MS Word 2007 and W-E 7.5.4.1.
Thanks,
