Subject: Outlook 2003 randomly not sending email

Hey guys.

Sorry to post all this, but I like to hopefully get some explainations of why
things happen.
Thereis no telling when it happens completely randomly. I'll send a message
and it'll just hang there in the outbox and not even go to sent items, yet no
errors come up. I have literally not changed anything.
It requires 3 or 4 restarts of outlook, almost like a kick start and then
magicly it just sends it. Anyone had this happen?
I'm a busy guy who relies on my computer a lot and it seems like I always get
slowed down by stupid stuff like this. When you hit send it should do just
that, send, not hang there, especially when your internet connection is solid.
Any thoughts?
