that depens on your computer. grin. even my quad core 2.4 ghz 64 bit i5
with 7200 rpm sata drives takes up to 2 minutes before windows and window
eyes is fully loaded. the only thing that will speed it up is to buy a solid
state drive.

GW-Micro was the first company which did a demonstration of how screen
readers  will work with Windows 8. The non public beta is running since
weeks and we can be sure that WE 8 will handle  Windows 8 very well. What is
the benefit to start an Operating System in  10 seconds or less instead of
waiting 50 seconds as in Windows 7?
