I have just posted a new app called
ScriptComments.
This app lets you easily read all the comments in your .vbs apps. The help text 
follows:

Press Control-Alt-Shift-C to see a list of .vbs files.
The ScriptComments app can also be run from the apps menu.
Select a file from the list and press enter or Ok to display the comments in 
that script.
You can use all of the cursor movement keys to read and move through all of the 
comments in a .vbs file.
The copy option will copy the comments to the clipboard.
The help option will show this help information.
Press close to close the app.
There is a New Path edit box and a Change Path button to change the path to 
your Vbscript files.
You can type in a new path and then tab once to change path and press enter..
Type default to return to the default Apps folder.
Also, any subFolders will now appear at the top of your list of files.
Press enter or Ok on a subFolder name and it will be opened.
To get out of a folder, use the New Path edit box and tab to the Change Path 
button.
