Why not use the Miranda set files for Window eyes from Ap central?

Hey guys,
Anyone on ehre use miranda? I am having a random and very strange
problem.
I usually read the messages I am in with the mouse.
I'll hit 3 on thenumeric keypad and then hit 8 to go up.
Sometimes, and I don't know why when I attempt to go up, my system goes
ding
ding ding ding.
It's like it'll read it using those keystrokes 1 minute and fail the next.
Anyone ahd this happen?
I then have to close out of the window, then re-open it by click on the
person again. This makes no sense.
Even maximizing it doesn't change anything
