Seems as though that I hear that message sometimes on my XP machine, but
don't know if I've ever heard it on a win7 machine.
I do know that if I arrow down in the Systray and go over the dropbox icon
it will say that "all files are up to date."

Subject: Dropbox in the system tray
Hi all
When I was running Windows2000, the Dropbox Applet used to speak when
files were added to my Dropbox folder. Since installing XP on this
machine, it no longer does this. Is there anything I can do with the
latest version of W-E to bring that back to life?
