Hello Robert,
Please ensure you have the correct Set files for your version of Office
installed. To do this, open the Window-Eyes control panel with
Control-Backslash, go to File/Factory Settings, locate your version of
Office (2007 in this instance), press Enter to re-install them, and
restart Outlook. If that doesn't work, let us know and we can
investigate further.

The technical folks at the university where I work set up a new computer
in my office this week. The University now uses Gmail as our mail
program which is, as we all know, somewhat problematic. Therefore the
Gmail on my computer is downloaded to Outlook which worked fairly well

things had been set up according to instructions but it is true that the
tech folks are very good at what they routinely do but sometimes have
trouble with my software because it's unfamiliar. IF any of you have
any idea what the problem might be, I would appreciate any suggestions
as to how to solve it.
