I seem to remember something like this when I was working at Mohawk Industries.

As I recall, this was a program they used for screen captures to spy on the 
employees to make sure they weren't doing anything the company didn't like.

Where we worked, they could even link the screen captures with call recordings 
to make sure they found out who messed up an order.

Don't know if this is it, but, I seem to remember something about "Screen 
Agent" in connection with this setup.
