Hi Jim: His problem is that when VM Ware is formatting the virtual operating system, His screen reader will not read the progress bar which indicates the percentage of completion which shows up on the screen. To be honest, he is using another screen reader but I figured I would pose the question anyway to see if the same problem occurs in Window-eyes. Kevin Huber
