OK? My screw up. I found you need to right click the app and choose
Pin to Start instead of launching it. Wasn't the old way easier?

I try as much as possible to say relevant to WE, but just found a neat
little shortcut. To put a Control Pannel shortcut under Start Screen,
1. Windows key which drops you into the Start Apps section of the Start
Screen
2. CTRL-Tab drops you into the All Apps section of Start Screen (which
is similar to clicking All Programs under previous versions of Windows).
From here you can down arrow to Control Panel and launch it. From now
on, it will show up under Start Apps. What's cool is this applies to
anything you may want to have available under Start Apps.
