Not sure what you are using as far as web browser, but I just use the IE Max script by Jamal Mazrui. You can hit alt-P to hear the current address and alt-P again to copy it to the clipboard. So no worrying about losing your place in a webpage. Not sure if this works in IE 9 or not, I do not have it. Hope this is helpful.
