If you are using a machine with an N-Vvidia card and it has WDDM 1.0, then this is a known problem with Windows 8. Microsoft is currently working on a fix for this problem, and we will ship the patch when it is made available. FYI, this affects anyone using the Windows 8 accessibility driver.
