This is not true. All you have to remember is if you upgrade or install a new Java runtime environment (jre) you must then re-install our Java Access bridge. The access bridge installer looks in the registry for all your registered jre locations and installs the necessary files in each.

Remember that the Java Access Bridge is installed with WE 8.0 Beta 1 by
default if you used the Quick Install and can be installed later under
WE in the Start menu.
