Yep, the most obvious place actually.
The Windows Event Sound Scheme section within the sounds tab within
the control pannel. Same place where background and forkground windows
sounds are.
Look for the Window-Eyes tree.
I assume, that's where all other sounds, such as Links, headings,
buttons, etc. would go, if they were ever added.
