You likely don't need the WE4Java app now. Java itself is just a language-- a means of instructing a computer to do something. The Swing toolkit, however, is a set of premade controls like buttons, list boxes, edit boxes, etc. which Java developers can use to make graphical interfaces to their software. Aside from being included with the standard Java runtime environment, the Swing controls also incorporate Java's accessibility API. Thus, if developers use the Swing controls, they get accessibility for free.
