Using WE beta W7 HP 32.
Tbird has had this problem for some time. On my system anyway, it seems
to occur when there has been excessive editing on a line. WE says the
line is blank but there is text there and the only way I have found to
regain focus is to click the message with the mouse.
Tbird, while replying to a message, also repeats the first letter of
the first word on the line.
I use the set files rather than the Tbird app because the set files do
all that is required. . Also, there seemed to be too much talk and
the repeating of message headers etc while using the app.

have to up arrow a few times and down arrow to the line, usually it

associated with message compose window. This happens on both computers
running the beta of 8. Anyone else had this issue? Still have the silent
