Very good from the brief time I played with it. I grabbed a copy of the
Enterprise 90-day trial, which anyone with a Microsoft Account can get
hold of at no charge. It is primarily aimed to give Windows 8 a test
drive to help you decide on whether to upgrade or not. I am not
personally, so will use it in a virtual environment to mess around with.
But yes, Window-Eyes 8.0 Beta 1 runs very well and is very responsive,
something we as Window-Eyes users expect. The only problem is, and I
think this is specific to my setup, in that audio support in safe mode
did not work even though I enabled it. Again this could be my specific
setup rather than a problem with the beta and or Windows 8.
But yes, very good and I look forward to playing with it some more.
