Greetings, yes it is possible to run multiple email clients on a PC. A
couple of options to consider that might also work for you are:

set up multiple Outlook Profiles. Each profile having its own email
account and personal folder file (PST). Then when you launch Outlook it
prompts you for which profile to use. I find this easier than setting up
multiple accounts under the same profile.

Another option is to create more than one Windows 7 account. Each one
for whatever purpose you have designated. For example I have three, one
personal, and two for the different organizations for which I volunteer.

Instructions for setting all of this up is outside of this lists scope,
however if you find someone you know with the technical savvy it doesn't
take long at all.
