I forgot to say I am using IE9 and Windows 7 64-bit with the Window-Eyes 8 beta.
From: Tom Fairhurst Sent: Monday, October 29, 2012 8:55 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Interruptibility: New Issue I download music from http://www.mp3million.com. When I am at the download link for an album, I press Shift-F10 for the Context menue. I then arrow down to “Save Target As.” and press Enter. I tab to the Save button and press Space orEnter. Wishing to check the status of my download, I press Numpad1 to move the mouse to the lower left corner of the window. Sometimes, when I press this key, speech is stopped. After waiting a while, I receive a beep that the download is complete. However, I can’t get speech back. I can’t close Window-eyes or even kill with Taskkill. The only way I can get speech back is to press the power button. Not only is this a frustrating time waster, but I often must log into the account again. Further, these are abnormal shutdowns. Rarely, do any error reports occur, but I have sent two orthree. Finally, upon reboot, I find my download is complete This does not occur every time, but it occurs often enough to be a nuisance.
