When I downloaded the latest version of the Qube there is a part of the installation that loads IE in my case to get to the Twitter home page. This is where the access token is generated to enter into the appropriate field to continue with the installation of the Qube.
When their set up wizard connected to Twitter I could not get WE to recognize the fact that the application launched IE 9 and that there were fields to enter a user name and password. Using the WE mouse keys didn't work either. I had to get sighted assistance to tell me when I was in the ID and password fields. Nothing was locked up, WE just didn't want to cooperate.
