OK, just completely reinstalled Windows 8 eval and Window-eyes 8.0 Beta
and, after running Windows Update, sure enough, my system choked on me
yet again. Still hasn't happened under NVDA. If this is the norm, I
sure as heck have no plans of jumping through hoops to upgrade to
Windows 8 Pro.
