Hello, and welcome to Window-Eyes!
To change the punctuation, you need to first of all enable advanced
menus. To do this, go to the help menu in the Window-Eyes Control Panel
and press enter on show advanced menus. Now you can see the punctuation
in the screen, keyboard and maybe mouse areas, I can't remember that one.
