This app often does anything but enhance Outlook! Here's what you need to look for when you get no response from it, which is almost constant in my case. Make sure the app is actually running. Mine just stops mysteriously with no apparent direction from me to do so. If I restart the app, it then behaves for a while. It's so bizarre that I simply leave the app manager open whenever I run Outlook with Enhanced.
I've also experienced situations wherein the attachments dialogue simply doesn't come up when you bang the attachments hotkey. Once again, it involves restarting the app. I do enjoy the convenience of reading messages that used to be readable only in Internet Explorer.
